BLUE GRASS, Iowa — Rhonda R. Levsen, 48, of Blue Grass, died Thursday, Sept. 17, 2009, as the result of an automobile accident in Muscatine County.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2009, at McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home, Bettendorf. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of the services on Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Walcott Cemetery, Walcott, Iowa. Memorials may be made to the family.
Rhonda was born July 9, 1961, in Davenport, the daughter of Ray & Midge (Green) Marsh.
Rhonda was most recently employed with Solar Plastics and had been with Hostess Bakery for many years. She was an avid motorcyclist and enjoyed the company of those around her. She will be missed by all that knew her as a loving mother, daughter, sister and friend.
Those left to honor her memory include her mother, Midge Peterson, of Mississippi; her long-time companion, Cary Wegener, of Blue Grass; her son, Ryan Myrick; her grandson, Trent Myrick; her sisters, Roxane (Brad) Childers, of Davenport, and Amber (Jeff) Edlin, of Sardis, Miss.; her brothers, Tucker Peterson, of Texas, and Eddie Ray Peterson, Oklahoma; her nieces, Maggie Marsh and Callie Chun; and her nephew, Brandon Nelson.
Rhonda was preceded in death by her father.
