Currently live in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex with my wife Debbie. Since graduating I’ve worked doing a little of everything from janitorial services to IT manager. Never went to college but did take a few classes at Scott Community College. Joins the Army after taking the ASFAB for a job at the RI Arsenal, but was recruited by the Army for 33S MOS. After the Army worked in Lexington MA, Boston MA, back to Davenport, then Chicago for Aerospace company and Chicago Board of Trade. Returned to the QCA to work for Thoms Prostler as the Distribution Systems Manager for 14 years.
Now living in Texas and working for Ben E Kieth Company for the past 16 years as a Senior Application Engineer.
Getting ready to retire and travel. Debbie and I recently purchased a motor home and a Jeep to pull behind. Looking forward to relaxing and seeing the country.
Enjoy traveling, photography, gardening, country dancing, classic cars (we have 65 Mustang Coupe, 76 Corvette , 2002 Trans Am) and car shows.
I’ve been blessed through the years. I hope that all in the Class of 79 have been blessed as I have been.

Cant believe where the time has gone! Married 18 years then divorced in 2009, 2 sons, Nicholas now aged 30 and Tommy aged 25.
Lived in southeast FL, where I worked as a 911 call-taker for 25 years ultimately retiring in 2007. In 2012, I decided to take a leap of faith and move from the metropolitan fast paced lifestyle in Ft Lauderdale/Miami area, to the slower, calmer, more serene lifestyle of the Florida west coast. I happily dont work anymore and that feels great!
In 2017 I remarried. I married.......wait for it.......79er Tom Williams! Neither of us saw that coming!! lol!
I still have my fascination with weather, storm chasing, as well as photography and my family history/genealogy!
Between Tom and I, we now have 4 sons, a daughter in law and 2 grandkids, Boyd 6 and Olive 4!! Life is good, everyone healthy by the grace of our Heavenly Lord!!!

In the near future I will be opening up my own business - Barb's Gifts Galore in Pigeon Forge, TN. I have been in Tennessee for the last 4 years after my parents passed on. This is a beautiful part of the country. Getting used to the slowness of life has been a challenge.

Sorry I didn't make the reunion this year. I have retired to the upper peninsula of Michigan. Yes we retired to the north we love the colder weather and snow. I have been married going on 3 years. I have one daughter and one granddaughter they live in Iowa. We have 7 dogs and for fun we own a dog sitting business UP North Bed & Biscuit.

I moved here to work for one of the leading green design and consulting architecture firms in the world, and in 2001, started my own one man architecture practice, specializing in sustainable, or green, design. I design mostly custom solar homes and additions, and have had my designs, as well as my writing and photography published in books and magazines.
In my personal life, I love hiking and camping in the mountains, am a world percussionist, have written a few songs, and love to sing. I am also on a committed personal growth path, always looking to deepen my connection with source and Nature, and expand my consciousness in a variety of ways. Living in Boulder has been the best decision I ever made. I felt like I was home for the first time in my life when I moved here.

I've worked at MidAmerican Energy (former Iowa-Illiinois) for almost 30 years. I took part-time evening/weekend college classes for 17 years to earn my Accounting Degree. By the time I was finished....I thought...do I really want to do this?? Oh well, still there! I have a son, Jase, 22, who just graduated from the University of Iowa, daughters, Lacey, 19, in her 2nd year at Scott Community College, and Savanna, 7. My husband, Bob, and I have been married for almost 10 years and live in Blue Grass. He also works at MidAmerican and owns a limousine service.
Our 30th reunion was great!!! Thanks to everyone for all of your hard work! I was only able to make it to Saturday night's festivities - hopefully next time I can make it to both! It was great seeing everyone! I wish we would have had more time to visit and catch up!

I have been married to the same wonderful guy, Kenny, for 29 yrs now, and we have 2 beatiful daughters. My husband recently retired as a pipefitter after 35 + years and I am still working as a receptionist at a local ped group here in the QCA. Both girls are out on their own and paying their own bills, FINALLY! I have lived in Milan since I graduated, and Kenny and I enjoy motorcyle riding and music. Kenny is the harmonica player in the band "Crossroads" if you ever want to check out a GREAT band. (seriously!) Haven't written my children's book yet, but it is on the horizon right after the bathroom remodel!
