Our 45th reunion has come and gone, and we now start the countdown to our 50th! It was a great success attendance wise and monetarily! If we can follow thru with donations by anyone for any amount during the course of the next 5 years, we can crank up the level of reunion for something extra nice!
This is a suggested guideline to see the potential of what could be raised.
Do you realize that if we continue a monthly pledge of 5.00 (for those who would like to or are able) or annual $60 or if you feel better with $300 for all 5 yrs till our next reunion, we will be in a great position. I went as long as I could not charging any fee to pay for and attend the reunion. I think its time for something nicer. Hence the $10 in 2019, and $15 in 2024.
Of course, this is all voluntary. Donations are not entry into a reunion. You are helping to try and have a reunion for everyone. By cranking it up a notch or two perhaps we could plan something with for instance a/c, or a dinner, whether sit down or buffet, or maybe live music, at a place that is meant for this kind of occasion. Its really up to us collectively that dictates the kind of reunion we have. Something to ponder, that is for sure!
