Stephen 52, of Davenport, Iowa passed away unexpectedly at Genesis East, Thursday December
19th, 2013.
Funeral services will be held at 11:30 AM, Saturday December 28th in the Runge
Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 PM, Friday December 27th at the
mortuary. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park.

Steve was born August 8th, 1961 in Webster City, Iowa to Larry L. and Judith R.
Fenner. Steve served as a mentor for many, had a passion for the game of football, was a long
and faithful Chicago Bears fan, enjoyed golfing, spending time with loved ones, and
never turned down the request to be a helping hand. Steve was always giving back
and helping others which fulfilled his purpose for his Lord and Savior.
Steve is survived by his parents Larry and Judy Fenner, sisters Jodi Hippler and
Jackie Spitzmiller, brother (nephew) Ryan Jacobs, and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his sister Laura Jacobs.
