Jeff had lived with his folks since they moved to Texas 30 years ago. He never married or had children, but she said he had a lot of interests and collected a variety of things, including an extensive assortment of vinyl records. He was also a talented wildlife artist and sculptor and "fairly widely known." Jeff went to bed on Christmas Eve and said he didn't feel well, but he had not been sick and had no underlying conditions (cancer, heart, etc.) He died during his sleep that night of "natural causes", meaning they don't know what happened. She was very appreciative of my call and told me it was okay to pass along the information. "Jeff always had a lot of friends."
