Kristi K. Perkins, 53, of Iowa City passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 10, 2015 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Iowa City.

Survivors include her husband, Brion Perkins Sr., and her mother, Harriett Kipling.
